Triple H to enter the WWE Hall of Fame

WrestleMania weekend is right around the corner. One of the biggest parts of WrestleMania is the Hall of Fame Ceremony! This is an epic event were legends of the ring receive their 'flowers' or more importantly their WWE Hall of Fame Rings. Well, it looks as though we know who will headline the Hall of Fame class of 2025. 

It was announced today by Shawn Mucheals and The Undertaker that, WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque will be a part of this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class. Now this is not the first time he entered into the WWE Hall of Fame. in 2019 during WrestleMania 35 weekend, he was there as the group he help created alongside Shawn Michaels, Chyna and the legendary Rick Rude 'D-Generation X' in 2019 on the eve of WrestleMania 35.

Now this induction will make Triple H first induction for his role as a singles wrestler. After a underwhelming run in WCW, Triple H moved to WWE in 1995. He would go on to win 14 WWE World Titles, 5 Intercontinental title, 2 Royal Rumble victories, 3 Tag Team Titles, and the 1997 King of the Ring.

After an extremely successful career, in September 2021, Triple H suffered a serious cardiac issue. The doctors found that his heart was in a "bad" state of heart failure. He had a defibrillator put in his chest. This would lead to Triple H in 2022 announcing his retirement from in-ring competition.

Since his retirement he has taken the lead of WWE’s creative team for the main roster after replacing Vince McMahon in the role.

The WWE Hall of Fame will take place during WrestleMania 41 Weekend taking place Saturday April 19th and Sunday April 20th. You can watch WrestleMania and the Hall of Fame ceremony here is the United States streaming on Peacock Network!
