Kino Lorber Studio Classics label knows that fans love the 80s cult classics! So just in time for Christmas they have brought back 1985s Touchstone Pictures My Science Project on Blu-ray! The perfect gift for the 80s movie fan in your life.

The films follows Michael Harlan (John Stockwell) who has put off completing his science project until the last minute. Now his teacher (Dennis Hopper) is fed up with his slacker ways and issues him an ultimatum: turn in a science project or flunk. So, Mike scavenges a military base’s junk pile for a suitable gizmo to pass off as his project. Little does he know of the the awesome power and energy inside. Twisted dimensions… time warps… a fantastic realm where the past, present and future collide in a whirling vortex that takes the class on a startling adventure through time and space.

This is just a totally awesome 80s adventure. The cast also includes Danielle von Zerneck (La Bamba), Fisher Stevens (Short Circuit), Richard Masur (Scavenger Hunt), Barry Corbin (Stir Crazy) and Ann Wedgeworth (TV’s Three’s Company).

Now for the blu-ray itself! The film is presented in (2.35:1) 1920x1080p and DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0. This transfer looks so much
better than any previous versions. The picture is crisp and the audio is clear and everything just looks amazing! But as with all Kino Lorber Blu-rays they have to give the fans a little more than just a great looking movie on Blu-ray. So here is the bonus features.

The audio commentary is filled with awesome information. The Interview with Fisher Stevens is a nice addition of him recalling his career and time in this production.
