Cleopatra Entertainment releases horror films all year long, but this time around they have released the nightmare horror film The Behemoth on DVD. You can order and have this film ready to go on Halloween Night.
Synopsis: What begins as a quiet holiday in a snow-covered mountain village quickly descends into terror when a young couple crosses paths with a secretive religious sect. As disappearances mount and the atmosphere grows increasingly oppressive, the couple realizes they are no longer observers-but targets-caught at the center of a ritual that will unleash something far worse than death.
When you watch a Cleopatra Entertainment release, most people realize you are in for a low-budget horror fare that is mostly for fun and laughs. The Behemoth is not for laughs... not at all. This is a sobering and terrifying tale. With a bigger budget and a bit better acting, this could be a horror classic. But it will still be a horror film fans will enjoy watching.
Cleopatra Entertainment has transferred The Behemoth to DVD in widescreen format. The audio track is an English 5.1 surround sound track. The transfer is crisp and clean, but has that gritty feel that is just perfect for this horror film.

As you can see, the bonus features for this DVD leaves a lot to be desired. A making of Featruette, interviews would have made this release that much better. But for horror movie fans a good horror movie on DVD might be enough.
