Down on the farm, humor was on full display with the hilarious antics of Ma and Pa Kettle. No one ever dreamed that when Claudette Colbert and Fred MacMurray went to the farm with the film "The Egg and I," it would lead to a film series, but not with them.
Margorie Main and Percy Kilbride stole the show in the film The Egg and I as Ma and Pa Kettle. So Universal Pictures went on to make 9 Kettle films. Now, after VHS and DVD releases. All 10 films featuring Ma and Pa Kettle are now on Blu-ray for the first time ever.
