Westerns are a great form of entertainment. They transport the viewer to a different place and time, for adventures we will never see in real life!  Now Arrow Video have been releasing some great collections of films and even some westerns on Blu-ray.

We have seen Vengeance Trails, and Blood Money.  But Western fans have been waiting maybe not so patiently for the next western collection. Well, the wait it over Savage Guns; Four Classic Westerns collection is now here! Take a look at what is included in this set.

Our Rating System:
****=Don’t Miss it!
***=Worth a look.
**=An Ok way to spend an evening.
*=You haven’t missed anything.

The Four of the Apocalypse (1975) Four petty criminals, three men and a woman, wander through the trackless terrain of the Wild West Utah and are hounded by a sadistic bandit. ***

This collection includes froms from directors Lucio Fulci, Edoardo Mulargia, Mario Camus and Paolo Bianchini. And some very familiar faces as Tomas Milian, Fabio Testi, Michaeel J. Pollard, Lynne Frederick, Harry Baird, Adolfo Lastretti, Bruno Corazzari, Giorgio Trestini, Donald O'Brien, Charles Borromel, Robert Woods, Aldo Berti, Marc Fiorini, Mario Brega, Rosalba Neri, Maurizio Bonuglia, Fernando Rey and Terence Hill as Trinity just to name a few!

All four of these films have been restored in 2K from the original camera negatives and
El Puro newly restored by Arrow Films for this release. These films are presented in 1080p and widescreen format. They feature both the restored original lossless mono Italian and English soundtracks. There is also the option for English subtitles for the Italian soundtracks and subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing for the English. Finally, there is the Italian and English front and end titles on all four films.

When you see copies of Spaghetti westerns most of the time they look pretty bad. Well, I am glad to say these
four films look and sound amazing! These transfers are very nice. Maybe not perfect, but impressive to say the least. But that is not all that is included in this 4 disc set. Take a look at the bonuses included.
