Anyone watching a Syfy original film knows what they are in for. These are not mean't t be good films they are made to goofy and laughed at. As for the acting, these films have a good collection of actors, including, Danny Trejo, Stacy Keach, Tracy Gold, Cleavant Derricks and Edward Furlong just to name a few. They all know they are making a 'Syfy' film, but put everything they have into it. I respect that a lot.
The films are presented in widescreen format. The aspect ratio 1.75:1 aspect ratio. The audio is in Dolby digital on Arachnoquake and Miami Magma and 5.1 on Ghostquake and Weather wars. There is no physical bonus features, but let's face it we are getting 4 film on on collection. What more can you ask for?
As for the packaging the 2 DVD set features two less than 90 minute films on one disc. This makes for not to bad of a transfer. I feel these film look and sound pretty good. Both discs are secured in there own hub in a sturdy flipper case. As for the DVD menus , they couldn't be easier to access. Highlight the film title click and go.
