DVD Review: Night Court Season 4

Reviewed By Jason Lockard

In this Season we saw changes to the cast most notably was a new bailiff Roz Russell played by Marsha Warfield replace Florence Kleiner who was played by Florence Halop. Sadly Florence lost her battle with cancer.

Warner Archive rescued Night Court from physical media purgatory. We only saw Season 1-3 on DVD. But Warner Archive Collection knew fans are interested in owning the entire series of this classic show on DVD. So they made the rest of the series available on Made-on-Demand DVD.

These episodes are presented in their original broadcast aspect ratio 1.33:1. Season 4 consisted of 22 episode so instead of trying to squeeze the episodes on 3 discs. Warner Archive gives the viewer the best quality with 4 discs, 5 or 6 episodes on a disc. And I have top say these transfers look very good . There is no signs of pixelation in the picture. They are very clear and look great on an HD TV.

I am loving the idea of Warner Archive's Made-On-Demand DVD program. The quality of these products are stellar and I have enjoyed every MOD product I have had the opportunity to view!

If you love Night Court and want to own the complete series the only way to do it is through Warner Archive Collection.
