Reviewed By Jason Lockard

Quinton Jackson known by his nickname "Rampage" is probably most known for his time in the UFC Octagon as Light Heavyweight champion. After his successful career he transitioned into the wrestling world, trying his hand in the ring in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. He is now fully invested in making movies. He was most notably in the remake movie of A-Team.

His most recent film is horror offering, A Psycho's Path. Now Mill Creek Entertainment is giving this film a DVD and Digital release But is this film one you as a horror fan need to see, well, let's take a look.

In a small California desert town is being stalked by a motiveless psychopath who roams its streets killing at random. Captain Peters and his small police force are searching for the psychotic killer before he kills again.

The film is an OK horror romp. Nothing to write home about. But it is interesting to say the least. I like the retro feel of the film. With the rotary phone, the costumes and set design. The film really does transplant you into the past for a horrific journey.

Rampage Jackson does good work in his role. And Noel G. (
The Fast and the Furious”, “Training Day” and most recently TV’s “Fresh Off The Boat) is a great addition to the film. Also look out for Todd Bridges, Diff'rent Strokes' Willis.

The film is a typical B horror movie.
It's is cheesy horror! Some people really enjoy that type of horror and if you just let go and enjoy the crazy stuff, I think you would find yourself enjoy the film. But this is a very adult film filled with adult themes, so by no means is this for the young ones.

As for this DVD release, the film has been transferred in widescreen in 2.35:1 aspect ratio and in Dolby digital 5.1 audio. The film looks and sounds nice on the DVD, there is no signs of problems in the transfer. As a special bonus you get the trailer with the film. There is no English subtitles however.

So if you are a fan of Quinton "Rampage" Jackson or cheesy horror you may want to check out A Psycho's Path. Head over to MillCreekEnt.com or Amazon.com and get your copy today.
