How will it all end? Filmmakers love to explore doomsday! Whether it's asteroids or zombies, or something else, we seem to be fascinated with the end of the world. 


The fine folks at Mill Creek Entertainment gave us three mini-series events that explore doomsday! Let's take a look at the mini-series events included in this collection.

Disc 1:
Blackout (2012) A computer hacker is recruited by a shadowy figure to completely shutting down California's electrical system. With the outage comes chaos, as record heat waves and the dark of the night create a city by city panic. The cast features Eriq La Salle, Anne Heche, James Brolin, Sean Patrick Flanery, Bruce Boxleitner (Tron: Legacy) and Haylie Duff. ***

Disc 2:
Meteor (2009) Two massive rocks, tumbling debris older than the solar system itself, collide in space. The course has been altered now it's target is Earth and time is running out. This TV mini-series boasts of an all-star cast  including Christopher Lloyd, Marla Sokoloff, Stacy Keach, Billy Campbell, Michael Rooker, Jason Alexander and so many more. **

Pandemic (2007) A deadly strain of an unknown virus is multiplying second by second, person by person. The government puts an entire city a sanctioned quarantine! But the virus is as elusive as the cure? This mini-series stars, Tiffani Thiessen, French Stewart and Eric Roberts, just to name a few. ***

This 2 disc DVD set presents all of these mini-series in widescreen format. The audio and video of these mini-series look and sound beautiful  on this DVD transfer and the DVD menu is easy to access.
