So I have compiled my top 10 list of Mill Creek Releases that would make a great Christmas gift! Not one of these collections are bad! These are just listed in order of my personal favorites!
10. Man with a camera The Complete Series - Charles Bronson started his career on TV! In the 1950s series The Man with a camera Bronson plays Mike Kovac, a former World War II combat photographer who now freelances in getting the hard to get photographs and in turn is a kind of private eye. 9. COPS The Complete Series - Lets start off with something for the young and young at heart as well! This amazing cartoon series is set in the future of 2020! "Big Boss" Babel and his gang of thugs hold Empire city hostage it's up to a special force of COPS to take them down. 65 half hour episodes for under $20. Read my full review here!
8. Epic Fantasy Collection - This is a 5 mini series deluxe box set featuring the miniseries events, Gulliver's Travels, Merlin, Odyssey, The 10th Kingdom and Tin Man. This collection is over 21 hours of adventure for under $50. Read my full review here!
7. The Rockford Files The Complete Series - James Garner stars as detective Jim Rockford. This is an amazing little series filled with intrigue, drama and comedy. James has a great sense of humor and it is in full effect in this series. This is 123 almost 50 minute episodes and 9 TV movies (or 2 part episodes). You can get this series on DVD for under $70 or on Blu-ray for under $130.
6. Horror Hall of Fame - Who is in your Horror Hall of Fame? Well, Mill Creek's Horror Hall of Fame includes Boris Karloff, Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee and Vince Price. 5. Knight Rider The Complete Series - Who doesn't love David Hasselhoff? And even more importantly who wouldn't love a smart car named KITT! Well, you get both in the action packed adventure series Knight Rider. This collections includes all 85 50 minute episodes over 63 hours for under $70 on DVD and under $100 on Blu-ray. 4. Sliders The Complete Series - This was a series that was amazing in the beginning and kind of limped on one leg in the final season but as a sci-fi fanatic it is still a must own. The complete series includes all 87 episode and over 65 hours of sci-fi fun on DVD for under $45 how can you go wrong.
3. Quantum Leap The Complete Series - Never had a sci-fi series have so much time of drama, laughter and heart than when Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator. The Complete series all 97 episodes is now available. Including all the the original music! That is epic! You can get the series on DVD for under $70 or on Blu-ray for under under $100.
2. Coach The Complete Series - College football never was so funny until we experienced the antics of Coach Hayden Fox, Defensive Coordinator Luther Van Dam and the other crazy characters as there is all kinds of craziness! This complete series all 200 episode are now available on DVD for the first time anywhere for just under $70. Big Box of Nyuks - This is the most epic collection of three stooges fun I have ever seen! 6 Three Stooges feature films, Documentaries, The 2000 TV movie, The complete cartoon series, and a boatload of short films featuring, Shemp, Joe Besser and Joe Derita.
