Roger Corman was a film icon. No one in the history of film made more out of so little. He was able to make two films in one location with the same actors maximizing the time. Producers and directors, these days could learn from him on how to keep things on budget.
Along with producing and directing films. Many film fans may remember Roger Corman was cast as FBI Director Hayden Burke in the amazing thriller Silence of the Lambs.
Sadly, Roger Corman passed away on May 9, 2024 at his home in Santa Monica, Ca. He was 98. An amazing and productive life lived. Roger left behind a legacy of films that will live on forever.

The Terror was the first Roger Corman film I ever watched, and it holds a special place in my heart because of that. I have watched so many Roger Corman films over my lifetime and I still enjoy them to this day.
I think what I loved so much about Roger Corman's films was he not trying to say anything profound with his films. Corman just wanted to make entertaining pieces of cinema to escape the cares of life. And that he did!
Rest In Peace Mr. Corman. Thanks for the great movies. Your genius will live forever!
