Imagicomm and INSP films produced one such film. Th film was entitled Love in Wolf Creek. Physical media heavyweight Mill Creek Entertainment are giving this romantic film a DVD release, so all us physical media supporters can add it to our collections.
Sam's Wildlife refuge is on the verge of going under–but funding from an interested big-city donor could keep the doors open. With just hours left until the donor's visit, a white wolf suffers a life-threatening injury. Now, Sam and the town's handsome newcomer, Austin, must choose between saving the wolf or the refuge center.
Sometimes romantic films can be overtly sappy. I am glad to say while there is a good chunk of romance in the film, the adventure added in makes for a mix so that the whole family can enjoy it.
While there are not huge names in the cast there are some recognizable faces, incuding, Nola Martin (Ginny & Georgie, A Christmas Exchange), Tim Rozon (Schitt's Creek, Wynnona Earp), and Mary Long (Good Witch, Love at Look Lodge).
Mill Creek Entertainment has transferred the film to DVD. The film is presented in 1.78:1 aspect ratio and the audio is a 5.1 surround sound. There is also English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.
The film looks and sounds great on this DVD. Now as for bonus features there is a 2 and a half minute First Look featurette, a photo gallery and trailers for other Imagicomm films, Romance in the Wilds, Country Roads Christmas, Christmas in the Pines and Christmas in the Rockies.
Love in Wolf Creek is an exciting tale written by Neale Elizabeth Kimmel. The film features solid acting and absolutely stunning scenery. Now while it is not the best romantic adventure film it is far from the worst.
