Science Fiction has always been one of my favorite genres of film. Whether it is the b scifi movies of the 1950s and 60s like Warning from Space, Flight to Mars, Phantom Planet
Or up to the sci-fi films of the 70s like Silent Running, The Andromeda Strain.

TV Movies and Mini-series like
The Man from Atlantis, V The Original Mini-series, V The Final Battle, Genesis II and Planet Earth and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.

Even into the 1980s and 90s cult classics like
Krull, Legend, Waterworld.

So today we look back at our favorite classic Sci-fi films of all time!

7. The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957) Scott Carey is exposed to radiation while on a boat and finds himself shrinking. The doctors seems to have no cure as he races against time to survive against his new surroundings.

6. The Time Machine (1960) A scientist dreams of the future where things are better. He builds a time travel machine and travels to the future but his hopes are not realized. 

5. The Blob (1958) When a meteor crash lands on Earth an slim like alien lifeform escapes and consumes everything in it's path.

3. The War Of The Worlds (1953) A small California town is attacked by Martians, but because of the human spirit the townsfolks fight back.

1. Planet of the Apes (1968) An spaceship crew crash lands on a planet that seems beautiful at first, but soon realize that on this planet apes are the dominate species and humans are hunted.
