My earliest memory of watching wrestling was Saturday nights on TBS with my dad. I would marvel at the larger than life characters of Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes, Rock n' Roll Express, Midnight Express and many others.Years later when the Monday Night wars started it opened a whole new world of what wrestling was. I began to uncover independent wrestling and find old tapes of matches from older wrestling programs.
JADAT Sports has released 2 volumes of The Best of Continental Wrestling. We reviewed Volume 1 here. and Volume 2 here! But now it's time to look at what is included in Volume 3 of The Best of Continental Wrestling.

This Volume is over Almost 2 hours and 20 minutes. The iconic voice of wrestling in the 80s Gordon Solie makes the action come to life much more than by the voice of anyone else. Also it's awesome to see a very young Hall of Famer Shawn Michael's in action long before he became, "The Icon, The Showstopper and The Main Event."
Some of these matches are clipped, which is not the ideal way to enjoy them, but at least we get to see them. And as with the other volumes, Jadat Sports tries to piece together matches that follow a storyline. I did notice however the interview with Kevin Sullivan was the same one used on Volume 2.
Now as for the audio and video. Some matches and segments are more clear than others, but I would call none of them unwatchable. The Interview with Ron Fuller is part 3 of 5. I am looking forward to being able to watch the whole interview when all 5 volumes are released.
So if your a classic wrestling fan, or want to witness some of the greats of yesteryear. The best of Continental Wrestling Volume 3 is a great continuation to this previous volumes!
