Brewce Longo is an underground cult film writer, producer and director. His movies are known for being shot in Philadelphia using the heavy metal scene and shot on gritty side. His films have become somewhat of cult classics to fans.
Blood Suck Productions has released not one but two of his films on Blu-ray. Busted Babies and Coven of the Black Cube. Now horror movie fans and physical media collectors can own these films on Blu-ray for the first time ever.
Busted Babies (2024): A secret of turning flesh into glass breaks down _____'s reality when she trips in the BBQ Salon, busting rusting immortal goop onto the faces of herself, Movie Star, and Character Name. Blasts party murder of self inflicting wads of death are in the agenda after a green amulet confusion, forever, until the wood chipper reveals the dusty trick. But who are these men with Gartan Galtar and why do they dance so preciously?
Coven of the Black Cube (2024): A mysterious coven helps unhappy wives murder their husbands. A deadbeat stoner turns a pizzeria into a video rental headshop, and a lost soul falls in love with a serial killer, in this queer romance cursed by black magic and the occult!
These films are not for the average horror film fan or the classic film fan. These film are gritty raw and very intense. So much so at times that they can be hard to watch because of the subject matter. Produced on VHS stock these films have a real 70s exploitation horror feel to them. So fans of these kinds of films will find a lot of entertainment in these releases. Just don't expect crystal clarity on these Blu-rays, because that is not what they are meant to be.

Okay, so Busted Babies and Coven of the Black Cube are not my specific type of horror film, but I can respect the quality of storytelling. And Brewce Longo knows how to tap into a genre of horror that people will love and has been successful at it. So kudos to him for that.
