May 2024, WWE filed for a trademark on “WWE Vault”. Now at that moment speculation started running wild. People thought this could be a new show on Peacock Network. Now the interesting thing is that WWE has used the term in the past to describe their video library.
Well, speculation and rumors are over, now we know! Earlier this week, WWE launched the WWE Vault YouTube channel.
Welcome to the WWE Vault channel, your number one destination for your favorite classic WWE content! Join us to experience your favorite moments and unearthed videos from throughout WWE’s illustrious history. Find your favorite series such as full matches, Top 10, Playback and more! At the time of this writing there have been 41 videos uploaded and over 38 thousand subscribers. At this point most of the videos are classic matches (many from past Money in the Bank shows). This is on purpose as they hype viewers up for next Saturday's premium live event Money in the Bank (July 6, 2024). WWE’s has scored a huge milestone with their official YouTube channel when they gained over 100 million subscribers. So I guess it makes sense to start another channel to generate more income. You can visit the WWE Vault and subscribe for free here!
