Drew McIntyre Quits WWE!

Drew McIntyre faced Damian Priest for the World Championship at the PLE Clash At the Castle on Saturday (6/15/2024). CM Punk arrived in a referee's shirt, when the official ref went down and ended up costing McIntyre the match.

After the match Drew McIntyre lost it and verbally and physically assaulted WWE officials and commentary members.

On Monday Night Raw Drew McIntyre came out to the ring to a crowd chanting, "CM Punk! CM Punk!" Drew visibly frustrated with this situations stated, "I can't do this anymore. Screw this company... I Quit!" He dropped the mic and stormed out of the arena.

Drew McIntyre has now deleted his Twitter (X) and Instagram accounts.

Drew's wife had to have emergency surgery so he can spend this time off with her, during her recovery, before he decides what is next for his career.

Drew signed a new multi-year contract with WWE. So he is under contract, but with the working relationship WWE has recently started with TNA Wrestling Drew could return to TNA Wrestling to get a fresh start. We will see what happens.
