Well, now just in time for Halloween 2022 the good folks at Arrow Video are releasing a deluxe Blu-ray box set of four Italian horror films with their release, Gothic Fantastico: Four Italian Tales Of Terror. Let's take a look at what is include in this set.

Lady Morgan's Vengence (1965) A young woman is killed by her treacherous husband and returns as a vengeful ghost. ***

The Blancheville Monster (1963) The beautiful young daughter of a crazed count fears that she will fall victim to the family curse - to be sacrificed to fulfill an ancient family legend. **

The Third Eye (1966) A young count who lives with his dominant and jealous mother, begins in a downward spiral into madness after his fiancée dies in an accident - or it wasn't an accident? ***

The Witch (1966) A historian goes to a castle library to translate some ancient erotic literature. While there he discovers what he believes to be supernatural forces at work. ***

Arrow Video put together a collection of four rare Italian gothic horror films from the 1960s that will entertain horror movie fans will want to experience this Halloween season! Now while these may not be the best Italian horror movies, these 60s Italian horror movies will keep you entertained. In addition to that these films are just the type films that gothic horror fans will want to revisit over and over. 

These films have been restored in 2K from the original negatives and presented in High Definition 1080p. For the audio options there is original Italian and English front and end titles on The Blancheville Monster, The Third Eye and The Witch. Original lossless mono Italian soundtracks. Original lossless mono English soundtracks on The Blancheville Monster, The Third Eye and The Witch. In addition to that there is the option of English subtitles for the Italian soundtracks and Optional English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing for the English soundtracks.
