Looney Tunes pretty much are a part of everyone's childhood. Who hasn't ever watched Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck or Porky Pig cartoons? Many in this generation deem those classic cartoons offensive. So for a new generation, there is a new Looney Tunes.

HBO Max debuted a new series of Looney Tunes. After its successful streaming season run, surprisingly, Warner Archive Collection has come in to give physical media fans a chance to own this series on Blu-ray.

Synopsis: Your favorite Looney Tunes characters are back in action. The Looney Tunes Cartoons feature updated stories for the new millennium - and beyond! Get ready for lots of laughs and madcap fun starring the iconic Looney Tunes characters including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Sylvester, Tweety Bird, Road Runner, Wile E. Coyote, Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Taz, Marvin the Martian, and more.

HBO Max Looney Tunes Cartoons includes all six seasons of the series, totaling 209 animated segments. While these cartoons are created for a new generation, the spirit of the characters are on full display. You can tell the animation has been inspired by Tex Avery and Bob Clampett. That makes these cartoons extremely familiar, yet fresh.

These cartoons have been transferred to Blu-ray in 1080p and are presented in 1.78:1 aspect ratio. The audio track is an English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 Surround sound. There is also the option for English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.

The quality of these episodes on Blu-ray are simply pristine. The picture is sharp and the colors are vibrant, complete with watercolor-like backgrounds. The audio is clean and you can hear every single word without a problem.

In addition to 6 Seasons on 6 Blu-ray discs, Warner Archive added some cool bonus features. Looney Tunes Presents Sports Made Simple. Six shorts created for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games and six shorts created for the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games.
