Going to prison is something no one wants to do. But watching a film about prison is not so bad. In fact it can be out right entertaining. Especially on what kind of prison film it is. So today on Classic Cinema Plus we are counting down our Top 7 Favorite Prison films.

Now easily we could go full on dramatic, but to keep it fun we are mixing in comedies, musicals and more. So let's jump into the list.

1. Cool Hand Luke (1967) A laid back Southern man named Luke (Paul Newman) is sentenced to two years in a rural prison, but refuses to conform.
