Trancers 2 (1991) {Blu-ray Review}

B-Movies! Empire Pictures headed by Charles Band released many B-movies in the 80s in genres of sci-fi, horror and fantasy. One of the best was Trancers! Six years later came a sequel to Trancers; entitled Trancers 2: The Return of Jack Deth. Now this sequel is available on Blu-ray from Full Moon Features.

Trancers 2 takes place in Los Angeles, in the year 1991. Jack Deth who decided to stay in the past in the end of Trancers has become happy with his life and new wife, Lena. But as they say all good things must come to an end and it’s about to get crazy! The psycho Whistler has a brother and is back in time and has started a trancer farm under the organization known as GreenWorld. Can Jack Save the worth again? You’ll have to watch the film to find out!

This film does have some plot holes, but if you just sit back and enjoy the action those plot holes will soon disappear. The audio and video on this blu-ray is gorgeous! The Blu-ray includes an audio commentary, Videozone featurette, blooper reels, a photo gallery and trailer.
