Madame Wu (Sibelle Hu, My Lucky Stars) has been assigned to the Hong Kong Police Academy to train female Banshee Squad Members, next door to the male Tiger Squad Members lead by Inspector Kan (Stanley Fung, Vampire Buster). After internal conflicts and courting mishaps, the squad members were ordered to band together to round up a gang of thieves at a convention.
The film was masterfully directed by Wellson Chin from a well written screenplay by Chang Kam-Fu. The film is filled with intriguing characters portrayed by Sibelle Hu, Cynthia Rothrock, Kara Hui, Regina Kent, Ellen Chan & Alex To. The action is exciting and sprinkle a little comedy on top and you have a pretty entertaining little film.
This film has been transferred to Blu-ray in 1080p in1.85:1 aspect ratio. There are two audio options a 2.0 Cantonese Dual Mono and a 2.0 English Dual Mono. There is also English subtitles.
