It is good to note this series is not for the kids. The stories are real life and death situations and can be very heavy at times. There is adult situations and some adult language.

I must say this is a really solid medical drama. Jada Pinkett Smith is at her best as she leads a great great cast including Micheal Vartan (TV's Alias), Marc Anthony, David Julian Hirsh (Confessions of a Dangerous Mind), Christina Moore (TV's 90210), Suleka Mathew (TV's Men in Trees). But beyond the great cast there are many great guest stars to look out for as well!

These episodes are presented in widescreen format in 1.78:1 aspect ratio and Dolby digital 5.1. There is also English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing. Always a nice bonus. Each disc houses just five episodes, so the quality is of these episodes on disc look pretty amazing. The picture is crisp and the audio is clear. It is an extremely enjoyable experience.

So if you are a fan of medical dramas Hawthorne the complete series will make a really good addition to your collection. You can order this DVD set on Amazon.com today.
