Reviewed by: Jason S. Lockard

In the 80s and 90s animation ruled the airwaves! Some of the coolest shows dealt with mutants. Whether it was X-Men or Ninja Turtles or the lesser known but just as awesome Street Sharks. Yes, you heard me right Street Sharks! Now the complete series of Street Sharks is on DVD from Mill Creek Entertainment! Let's take a look at this animated series!

An evil scientist, Dr. Paradigm experiments illegally on The Bolton brothers with an untested DNA genetic formula. The four brothers, John, Bobby, Coop and Clint are transformed into monstrous half shark – half humans creatures! Dr. Paradigm decides he will take his experiments a step further and alter nature itself! The Bolton brothers  team up to stop Dr. Paradigm and his evil 'Seaviates' creatures from transforming the citizens of Fission City into mutants with no free will.

If this cartoon sounds cheesy, don't worry it is! In a good way! The 80s brought us those hard to swallow shows that kids of the 80s and 90s relished in and still do to this day. This complete series DVD collection is 40 episodes on 3 discs!

The audio quality of the episodes on these DVDs are great, the video is not pristine in all of the episodes. There is some imperfections, but these prints look pretty good if you ask me!

So many expect cartoons from the 80s and 90s to be amazing quality! But they were produced on VHS tape and they will only look as good as they do! Sorry to disappoint those of you expecting more!
